In-depth knowledge of neighbourhoods and the market paired with first-class negotiation skills are key to success in real estate. Prior to working in real estate, I started a property management and contracting company, which I still operate to this day. I am therefore up-to-date on city building and fire codes, typical home care, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and other relevant areas when buying or selling a home. This experience has provided me with a discerning eye, which I regularly use to identify areas of concern ranging from a structural to a cosmetic standpoint. This ability is very beneficial to both my buying and selling clients. From a buying perspective, we will have a good idea of the work required in a home prior to engaging with the vendor; from a selling perspective, I will help to identify areas that require addressing prior to listing and the projects that should be tackled in order to maximize the sale price.

In the past, I also worked as a litigation officer in the federal public service. There I gained valuable experience working in and leading teams in a legal environment, and became familiar with legal documentation, skills which ultimately benefit my current and future clients.
